- Quick Bio: Im Mr.Cool 2294, Head of the Club Penguin Elite Agent Squad. I created the C.P.E.A.S becuase I thought that Club Penguin could use a little more “serious” help. Its been already been about nine months since the C.P.E.A.S was organized and now look where we are. Weve got multiple sites about us and were growing on the popularity charts. Though dont think I want just popularity. The reason why I want to acheive popularity is so that people know about us more.
